1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between q555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Member", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided at q555.im.

q555 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms form a legally binding contract. By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", or by simply using the q555 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with q555, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

q555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure with forfeiture of any balance held.

3. Account Responsibilities

As a registered q555 member, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your q555 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• Ensuring that your account details, including your registered name, date of birth, address, and payment method information, are accurate and kept up to date.

q555 will never ask you to share your password with any member of our support team. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Each q555 member may hold only one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, q555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our platform and the fairness of our bonus and promotional structures.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits:

• q555 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

q555 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all q555 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible members only. q555 reserves the right to exclude any member from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• A wagering requirement applies to all deposit bonuses. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new member, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• q555 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice.
• Any member found to be exploiting bonus structures, including but not limited to matched betting via multiple accounts or in coordination with other players, will have their bonus voided and may face permanent account closure.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagers placed on q555. Specific game and market rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. q555 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed wager except where a manifest error has occurred on the part of q555.
• In the event of a manifest pricing or data error — including but not limited to grossly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault — q555 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• q555 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any member, including imposing individual stake limits, where we have reasonable grounds to do so.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time without notice, particularly in response to significant match events or data feed interruptions.
• Cricket bets — including PSL markets, Test matches, and T20 internationals — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the sports section of q555.
• Settlement of bets will follow official results as declared by the relevant governing body. q555 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's misinterpretation of market terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q555 platform. Breach of any of these conditions will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held:

• Opening or operating more than one q555 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the q555 platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to launder funds through the q555 platform.
• Using the platform to fund or receive funds from criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing q555 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the q555 platform through unauthorised means, including hacking or reverse engineering.

q555 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any suspicious activity identified on the platform will be reported as required under our licensing obligations.

8. KYC & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

As a licensed gaming operator, q555 is required to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. These requirements exist to protect both the platform and its members.

q555 may request the following documentation at any stage of membership, and particularly before processing your first withdrawal:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months showing your registered address.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q555 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the q555 platform.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on q555 content.
• Use any q555 trademarks or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.
• Frame or mirror the q555 platform on any third-party website or application.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q555 excludes all liability for:

• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside q555's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or data displayed on the platform due to third-party data feed errors.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Decisions made by the player on the basis of information or content displayed on the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, q555's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits q555's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Account Termination

Termination by you: You may close your q555 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Termination by q555: q555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that you are under 21 years of age.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Determination that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of our gaming services.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, q555 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account, including both real-money and bonus balances. q555 will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from account closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
